Consignor information:

Registration begins Tue. June 30 @ 1: pm up until Thursday July 2 @ 5: pm.

Commission based on sliding scale with each item charged separately:

$1-$100:               22.5%

$101-$1000:         17.5%

$1001+:                15%

If 2 items or more are consigned and they each sell for $1000 or more then 12.5% will be charged on each item.

**There will be a minimum $10 fee charged per seller if total commission is less than $10.  We will not write checks less than $10.

Although for the past 13 years the majority of items have been sold including over 100 tractors, the seller reserves the right to no-sell item at a charge of $40 per item collected before item will be registered.

Checks will be written with a sales settlement form showing what each item sold for and mailed during the week of July 14^th.

In 2008we sold for over 75 sellers with two auctioneers selling simultaneously.  If coming to buy be prepared for the same this year as everyone’s time is valuable and this helps speed up the auction!
